I am a research analyst and UX designer based in Western Massachusetts. With seven years of research experience in the public sector, I am focused on using research and design to center the needs of users in the design of digital government services.
I began my career in public service as an Americorps VISTA volunteer in Hartford, CT. Throughout my career, much of my work has focused on making government data accessible and leveraging data to inform decision making. I bring this focus on accessibility and data-driven decision making to my work as a UX designer.
As a designer, I strive to develop solutions that are simple and intuitive, directly address the needs of users, and center equity in the design process. With my background in public policy analysis, I bring strong analytical, research, and data skills to addressing complex problems.
