I am a researcher and analyst based in Minneapolis. With more than ten years of experience in public sector data and research, I am focused on building data products that are accessible, equitable, and designed with real users in mind.
I began my career in public service as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer in Hartford, CT. Throughout my career, much of my work has focused on making government data accessible and leveraging it to inform decision-making — from managing Connecticut's open data program to building operational dashboards for Minnesota's Paid Leave program. I bring a human-centered approach to every stage of this work, from defining research questions to communicating findings to diverse audiences.
I strive to develop solutions that are simple and intuitive, directly address the needs of users, and center equity in the design process. With my background in public policy analysis and data science, I bring strong analytical, research, and technical skills to addressing complex problems.
